but hes talkin bout sending spam.. which now i think about it wouldent there be programs out there for pc's that jus auto keep searchin then wen they find a fone start spamming it?

wow that would be a super easy program to make. all someone has to do is sit on a bench in a busy place in the UK for example because  is so popular over there - say, in the tube (that is what it's called, right?) turn on the on their laptop and run a bluesnarfing program to a) find recipients and b) send them spam like visit www.chickswithdicks.com. seriously, if these security holes aren't fixed, this will be all too popular in a few months. yea!
