1: What can I do with in the 'Text labels' menu, except for browsing through a whole lot of text labels?

2: What does the 'Service tests->Real time clock' test really test? How fast the clock is ticking?

1. you can't do anything else...

2. it tests if the internal clock is ok... if it's not.. then you have problem a non working realtime clock will cause the clock to behave very strange, could also cause the phone to be even slower than it is.
