I was just wondering this. My wife uses a specific ringtone (not a "predefined" one, but one of the ones that are preloaded on the phone) as her alarm ringer. When it wakes us up in the morning, it rings, then pauses for like 2-3 seconds, then rings again, this time slightly louder. It does this at least one or two more times. I've tried this with some of the midi's that I have, but the only one that I managed to get working was the Kirby midi that I have (the pink puffball). Why is this?!?!
Thanks!!!

One of the options under "settings" -> "profile" is "increasing ringtone", i believe that option will use the staggered volume. |

Incorrect. This does not do anything and does not affect the ALARM ringtone.

Is your wife's phone a nokia? Do you have the same phone? If it is a nok its a standard feature for a nokia and i dont think you can change it. My girlfriend had the same on her 7210.

No, our phones are both SONY Ericsson T616's. This doesn't help.
