to R1C??? if you mean update the software it's R2D (if you have a T68m, R2B if you have T68i) you get after an update... this is done by leaving it to a servicepoint...

no.. R2D is the latest version for most language versions.... if you only get R2B from your servcepoint it just means that they haven't downloaded the new version yet..
