I got a brand new R310S last week, apparently the shop bought around 150 replacement units from Ericsson sweden 
It cost 1700 SKR, which i think itīs well worth considering itīs a living legend

Yellow. Recharged for the first time today, phone ran out of juice after lunch.
Got it last wednesday, started using it thursday, so 4― days on first charge, not too bad (phone switched on 24 hours/day)
