Samsung E715
but the Z1010 would be well worth the wait.
Nokia 6600 is a good option, pretty reliable and good model(suprising coming from Nokia)

I'd personally say the T610 is one of the best phones out on the market. Some may argue that the T630 has a better screen which it does but T630's aren't widely available yet so a T610 would be much easier to get your hands on. However you said you want a camera, which the T610 has and for the radio, you can buy the hands free which comes with a radio and just plugs in the bottom of the T610. I doubt you will find many phones with an mp3 player except high end phones such as the p900. However again with accessories you can get a Bluetooth mp3 player for the T610. Just my opinion, if you prefer flip phones then the z600 is a safe bet and will be able to use the radio and mp3 extras as well.

Only a key feature if you actually use it.
