Hi! I just heared that only phones (T68m) with hardware version R2A or newer will be able to update to new MMS software! If any other (e.g. R1A) phone will be updated so it will impossible to turn it on after update. At mine phones backside I can read R1A & R1B but both are older than R2A So ElGato and other people who already have MMS upgrade, could you tell us your HW version! Thank You!
PS: Some more "secrets functions" for T68 ... if you press joystik left and hold it for 1-2 second you will go directly to Calendar. If you press it right and hold you will go to search menu |

the versions are: (older) R1A, R1B, ... R2A, R2B, ... , R3A ... and so on (newer). So you (ElGato) have newer version that R2A! Does anybody with MMS upgrade has R1A or R1B?? (or any other R1*) |

BTW what do you mean by "when I got mine upgraded"?? Just thinking that may be you havn't noticed that I mean HARDWARE version wich is on the backside (under battery) of your phone and can't be changed! Are you where meaning R2B SOFTWARE before update?? If so could you still please take a look for HARDWARE version?! |

First I thought you meant software version, so I wrote what I had for software before the update.
Then I understood, and wrote that I have r1b on the backside of my phone. |

Well stop thinking about the bloody upgrade then.
You have a good phone.. with colour screen.. so stop thinking about the upgrade for a week, and then you can continue again.
The less you think about it, the faster it will come. |

@ El Gato
I couldn't agree more, especially for those of us inthe USA where GSM is in its youth and not a big deal at all. The features are nice, especially the ability to store extra pictures and have more recording time for voice memos, but it is not an issue to get worked up about |
