Hi everyone,
On the Sony Ericsson website it has the T230's specs as being about 12.5 days in standby / 12 hours talk time. I find mine lasts only two days in standby. Has anyone else had this problem or should I use my warranty and get a new battery?
what do you guys and girls think?

This is absolutely normal. I had obtained a standby time of 3 days when testing the phone.

Ah, ok. Thanks for that.
Wonder why Ericsson says it's battery life is so long?
Well it's not like I didn't charge my old 3310 everyday anyway! At least my new T230 can hold a call for longer than 30 seconds.

@Fire: Cuz the time that SE provides is the maximum time that the phone obtains in the lab tests. Also, there the conditions are perfect: no calls initiated, no signal ups-and-downs..basiclly it's just staying there doing nuthin'.The best way to calculate the real stand-by time is to divide it by 5 (in my opinion) and u'll have ur average battery life span.
