Hello there.

Does anyone know how can we send a sms to a Vodafone number in Sweden through a webpage?

I will be pretty glad if you help me on that.

Best wishes,

Brisa.

just type +4670####### or whatever the number is...
The most important thing is to remove the 0 in the beginning of the number and add +46

Sorry, maybe I was not clear with my question.
This time I will explain everything.
I live in Sweden, but I come from Brazil.
I wonder how my family in Brazil can send me SMS (I am Vodafone costumer) through some WEBSITE. Vodafone website doesnīt have a service which allow general people to send SMS to its costumers via the website. Then I wonder: is there any website where people can access and send sms to Vodafone costumers in Sweden?

Hope I made it clear this time.

Greetings,
Brisa.

oooh now I see...
Well there are plenty of sites that allows free sms.

Cytech just gave you some...

I think it's only Telia who has some problems with website-sms.
At least last time I tried to send to a Telia phone.

Thanks thanks thanks guys!

It worked with sms.ac. That was perfect. I have signed myself in there and then I activated my mobile phone (they send a code to our phone, so we need to type that code on sms.ac to be free to start using the service).
I have free 8 sms everyday to send through the webpage. And if I need more, then I have to pay for extra sms.
But itīs pretty cool. I have tested it here by sending a sms to myself. Itīs fast, easy and efective.

Thanks a lot!!!!

A good and cheap service is http://pro.hooya.com - I think they support credit card payment as well.

You can also get GPRS in your phone and then get a special "mobile" email-account to check from your phone from time to time - the cheapest possible!!!

I recommend using a directory service that lists free sms sites such as smstoday.co.uk, or also try agent sms dot com.
