I was speaking to Carphone Warehouse yesterday regarding the upgrade. They told me that it will be availible from their service centres on 16th May, i.e. next Thursday. And it will be free, as stated elsewhere on this forum. |

Does that mean you can get the upgrade just out of a standard carphone warehouse. I mean just one on the local highstreet or are there specific CW service centres?

The sevice centres are specific and are different form the standard shops. |

Yes, by changing the front you invalidate your warranty,
no warranty=no free upgrade, would suggest you put the standard cover back on before taking it for the upgrade. |

Hey... I might be going to Europe this summer... can anyone please call their nearest SE and see if SE can upgrade a T68mc to T68i? I dont mind having no chinese for my phone if I get the i function. In Hong Kong, they still have no information whether they will have the upgrade or not. So I wish I can have my phone upgraded when I get the chance of going to europe. Please ask if it is possible and the cost... Thank you in advance... |
