hi... i tried to reset my p800 using the control panel MASTER RESET program that comes with the p800.... but after when i tried to use Epocware's PC File Manager to open drive c:\ (phone) i noticed that there are still old files and directories in there.. some are even for the old applications that i have already uninstalled... Is there a way for me to fully reset the phone?.. as in clean slate... no other files except for system files...

Welcome to esato! I belived that the master reset did what you asked for. It looks as if it dosen't though... I'm not a master on reseting but I'll give it a shot.
Have you tried to reset by >*<<*<* ? Maybe that's what you did. I think that that's the most powerfull way to reset it. If that dosen't work and you still have files left, take it to a service center and have it upgraded. That deletes all the old files and gives you the latest firmware so that might be the best idea anyway.
