Provides support for Bluetooth enabled headsets and printers.
NOTE: Headsets must support the Bluetooth headset profile and printers must support the Bluetooth HCRP profile. In order to configure and use a Bluetooth headset, the Bluetooth module must have the latest Bluetooth firmware from the Bluetooth Firmware Updater application version 1.0.2 or later (http://www.info.apple.com/usen/bluetooth/).
You'll find it in your Software Update system preference.
As I don't have a BT headset I can't say what this actually allows you to do!

I've now found out that this allows you to connect a wireless bluetooth headset to the Mac and use it as a sound input for iChat etc. It appears as another sound in/out option in your system prefpane and plays Mac sound through the headset and acts as a wireless microphone.
I've yet to discover whether there are any improvements to Bluetooth supported Sony Ericsson phones. Usually in these updates there are bug-fixes etc.
