Is anyone using the MA600 IrDA adaptor to transfer information between the T68 and a desktop computer? Im thinking of buying one but wanted to ask other users experience with it first.

Also has anyone attempted to use the Handset Manager software with a different IrDA adaptor (i.e. not MA600).

Any other sugguestions about hooking up my T68 with a desktop PC would be greatly appreciated!

I have used the MA-600 quite sucessfully in Win 2K with all the Ericsson software. Win XP on another machine is very intermittent with syncronisation starting but failing part of the way through.

I’m using the MA600 Ir adapter since November last year without any problem. I also didn’t have to slow down the IR speed to 9600 under Windows 98. Background transfer and sync with XTNDConnect works fine with the default IR speed (115,2 kbps).
