My Jabra BT200 has gone dead (even though I've charged the battery). Nothing happens when I press the button. No blue light or anything. Is it broken? Does it need resetting?

Help!

Are you sure its charged? Its not difficult to set it wrongly in the charger -well at least i've done so before. The only advice Jabra gives if it dosen't work is to replace it in the charger for 3 secs.Otherwise its got to in for service.

Thanks for the message - yes, it was charging OK...but the instructions seem a bit confusing about what happens when you take the thing out of the charger (power on or power off).

When I remove it from the charger it always powers up (blue light flashes every 3 secs). When its in the charger it should show a constant blue light.Maybe you took it out and accidently turned it off.

Yes, perhaps I did. But, now it won't turn on at all! However long I press the button! No blue light...

My BT200 would charge fine, but it would only switch on when you removed it from the charger, pressing the button wouldn't switch it on. Needless to say, I had it exchanged for another one.

I've had similar problem - Jabra charged - but not working...

Try to press the button, when is your Jabra in the cradle and charging... hold it and the take it out of the cradle - works for me...

If not... servis...
