Parrot Ck3000 works VERY VERY well with SE phones, regular phones i.e. integration with T68i and T610 is very seamless, a Parrot menu actually appears in the phone thru which U can record voice tags, voice commands (to dial, hangup, choose b.w home/cell/other numbers). Recording voice tags thru the kit is vastly superior to recording thru the phone as the recognition is much better. Integration with Nokia phones and the P800 is very basic.

Can anyone give a comparison with the SE car kit? with the SE version, you cannot make voice dialing when driving over 40 miles an hour, the voice recognition does not work. too much surrounding noise i guess

thanks for any input

I have the Parrot installed with my P800, I am quite pleased with the kit, very easy to install, as mentioned the kits functionality with the P800 is not as good as it is with the t68 but works on a basic level making/answering calls etc. people know you are on a car kit but I guess that is true of any car kit and have had no problems using it at speed on the motorway etc. voice recognition has never failed, good purchase I reckon as it is a lot cheaper than the SE kit, the only advantage I can see with the SE kit is the volume control, there have been occasions where I would like to raise lower the volume but that would require using the dial on the p800 which is generally in my pocket in its case, but not worth paying the premium for.

Cheers
