Tried downloading Q Soccer from tagtag.com/seplace . There were two part. Downloaded both parts. Game did not appear? Result? Memory blocked! Solution master reset? Obtain uncompleted part? Where from! Help!

I couldn't get the game earlier either. My phone sorted all that out itself tho, and i lost no memory

Can't see why he has to do a master reset. If his phone does what mine did then he just wants to carry on as normal.

I do believe I suggested to shut it down (as in: 'switching the phone off') and I am fairly sure I never said 'master reset'

On my phone sometimes some apps do not work until restarted, it's almost like a windows computer

Ok. I tried switching off phone and keeping battery away for sometime. And i guess i have my memory back. But still skeptical about it. Tell me will a master reset delete original items? Coz i just saw in the manual! That some maybe deleted
