I'd check the 02 website if it worked and wasn't so slow. Anyway sent the person a text off the web. I'll email 02 and ask them for future reference. I expect a reply in 7 to 10 working years :-D

You never get through on email either. If you do they give you some rubbish. I've told them that email on wap has been crap for weeks. They replied to me first saying they were aware of the problem, then in the same email talking me it was my problem!

I've gathered that 1 out for myself! Same as the other week, phoned sales up to order a phone. Have them my credit card number for payment, they never checked the card, sent phone out then realised they didn't have credit card details. They then phoned me up and said i never gave the details to them!
