Hutch in india aint too brilliant with customer service. Because they just dont know facts!

What's more annoying is you speak to someone in customer services, who apparently knows what they are on about, then they put you on hold and you have to listen to that crap classical music!

o2 uk terrible overall
virgin have no real complaints against
Due to cut backs the light at the end of the tunnel has had to be temporarily switched off. |

@Dean from Customer Services point of view I've always got to speak to someone straight away and found them helpful and you don't watch your credit disappearing at an alarming rate for doing so like with o2 all in all simple no frills service really

To be honest the only reason I use o2 is because of the free gprs/dial up access to wap and sms. I've only ever met one decent customer service advisor from o2 (I'm sure there are many but they never seem to be on shift when I phone )
The only thing against virgin is no gprs at the moment which surprises me because of what virgin is famous for forward thinking, young and dynamic etc
