Has anyone noticed on just how lazy 02 have got lately? They have been informed about their website been useless for about 2 weeks now, and they haven't done anything about it. Just lately (this week) wap has been playing up again, again nothing seems to have been done. 02 are happy to do promotions on their services, like the free sim card promotion. Does anyone else think that the free sim card promotion they have done has put a big strain on the service that it just can't cope?
