Decreasing Earpiece Volume Problem |

After every call made, my earpiece volume decreases to two bars. I have to turn it up every time I make a new phone call. Has anybody else had this problem and is there a solution? Thanks in advance, Skin

SW vR4C003. Originally had R1B*** so had software upgrade to try and rectify the problem. Obviously, it hasn't worked!! Is it another trip back to the Service Centre?
