it deletes the phonebook and resets your phone to default factory settings if you select reset all settings but does not touch the simcard.

Back up your "Contact" using "SendFile" programme of "Microsoft Outlooks" before enter Master Reset. Or else Contacts will be deleted.

Anyway, you can't delete Phonebook, you can only delete Contacts
