Reading Email with T68 |

Please help me!
Is there anyone who got problems reading mail who is poped from a mail server.
I'm using Netcom (Norway) webmail and when i connect to the server and dowloads new mails it just came up with the from, to and subject field. I cant read the text formated mail. I have spoked with netcom and everything i have done is correct. when i open a mail in the inbox i just see a line under subject but no text at all. I know that the mail is raw text and no html. anybody else got this problem, plz msg me |

You will only be able to see emails with pure Text only. For those email with attachments, you will only see TO, FROM and SUBJECT.
Try sending a pure text email to your email account and download to your phone...you should be able to see what you have written.
Not sure whether this is normal...

I have tried that to. but nothing happens. i have sent many pure text emails but i really can't get anything in the body field. hmmm...
I have spoked to both netcom and ericsson support but nobody knows a shit.. |

all e-mail download to T68 initially would only contain the hearder. You would need to press the joystick again on the highlight e-mail to be able the T68 to download message body. |

I DL the emails to my inbox and open it again in the inbox folder. But nothing happens. all i get is the from, to and subject field. I have tried to solve this problem since i got my t68 for about 2 months ago. plz msg me if anyone else got this problem. I know that the text in the emails are in pure text format and no html.

Hi,i have this problem also.I am in the UK and using vizzavi to read my email.Sometimes i can read mail sometimes not it depends where the email is sent from.Ask Netcom to send you an email and see if you can read it.I am now using wap to read my email i have set it up so i can access several email accounts.Its much better.See how you get on,post back with results. |
