Im new in uk so bear with me. The genie sim with unlimited free gsm wap and txts, are they still valid? Ive been offered 2 of them, at a good price, but want to make sure they still work.

As far as I know the old Genie SIMs will still work but are now basically O2 Online PAYG. These offer 300 free txts and 300 free WAP minutes on dial-up but seemingly unlimitted GPRS (I've used about 100MB in the last 3months and its been free!!!)
Also what is "a good price"? These can be bought new from the O2 shops for £10.
PS the 300 txt package can be altered to include some MMS, basically trade 100 txts for 25 MMS
e.g. 200 txts + 25 MMS

Ok, thanks for your reply. Think ill be better off getting a couple new ones from o2 store then. As ive been told gprs is still free on o2, till end of feb, its been extended for a month.

before u go running off to the shops u should know that the sims with free txt are only available off the website www.o2.co.uk
gprs is free until end of march i believe.
