Can someone help with this one? I'm looking to get the HCB30 Bluetooth carkit ....any idea's on prices including installation?

I've seen a few on ebay for around £100-£120 but does anyone know where i could get one fully installed.

Thanks

Would like to know if it can be DIY? Or, we need an expert to do it?

I used

Sextons In-Car Entertainment Ltd
328-334, Old York Rd
London
SW18 1SS

Tel: 020 8877 1148

Just by Wandsworth Town station. It took about 90 minutes - longer than usual cos my car stereo head unit didn't have a ISO connector, otherwise it would have taken about 45 minutes. They charged £90 and it's going fine after 9 months. I'd definitely recommend them. They also have plenty of car tech kit to look at while you're waiting - GPS, DVD, hi-fi etc

Hi, yeah it was £90 for the installation alone. I bought it from L8shop which was the cheapest place I could find it and I looked around a lot.

http://l8shop.net/Products/Original-Ericsson-Bluetooth-Car-Kit-HCB-30-2425.asp?a it's £116 at the moment.

Forgot to mention that the reason my car needed an ISO connector fitted was cos I also had the HCE-16 Advanced Music Mute

http://l8shop.net/Products/Original-Sony-Ericsson-Advanced-Music-Mute-HCE-16-1645.asp?a

£34.96, both are cheaper on L8hsop than on the SE website and also includes free postage. (No I don't work for them or get commission!)

The advanced music mute channels the handsfree calls through your car stereo speakers and mutes the sound during a call, whereas the HCB-30 on it's own mutes the car stereo but puts the calls through a small supplied speaker.
