on my t610 there are some rubbish pics an the fone and weneva i try 2 delete them i get a message saying predefined items cannot be deleted. is there any way to delete them or reduce the amount of memory they take up? | |

Sorry, you can't delete those. You might want to try the 13 sec trick but it's risky! |

The 13 second trick and the 27 second trick (the 13 second trick, but for the T616) don't remove the predefined stuff. However, they make life alot easier, by the fact that the phone is clear of everything but the predefined stuff.

didn't work for me... bummer. i did it, do a master reset, then after 13sec, removed the batt. brought it back after as minute, and then, yup i got a 2MB+ FREE!!, but, after a while, i checked my pictures, all the previous pic i deleted were there, but on freeze, you can only see an hour glass. After a while, all the pictures appeared again, the parachute, chess.. etc. I deleted all, but, STILL the predefined items won't BUDGE. I did this trick to get the pred-defined items/pics. And checking the memory again, I just got 1.5MB free, w/c yep, i freed the memory because all my installed pics, sound (midi files), games were all deleted.
Guess other T610, this trick works, but in mine, it doesn't. | |
