Try www.ppcw.net and www.modaco.com. Getting just a SIM?...U can buy a prepaid sim from pretty much any shop in the UK. Same with post paid, Dixons/CarPhoneWarehouse/Orange/02/Voda.. all have retail outlets on high streets.
