Hiya to all ,
Need some help,its probebly been asked before but has anyone had trouble with there t68 freezing when just switching on phone or going thru the menu,sometimes on wap,
It dosnt do it all the time but seems to be more freqent lately.
Phone is about 4 weeks old,but dont know what software is on it,
How do i find out, and were in the West midlands,UK can it be upgraded,
Would appreceiate some help please,

to check software version enter the service menu...
press:
right * left left * left *
Service info -> SW information
latest sw version is R2D005
A thing you can try next time is the excellent search function here on Esato and you'll probably find the answer

This happened to me as well. I got an upgrade.. Which has seem to fix it

My T68 have frozen once while I was using wap. I'm one software R2A013. I'm gonna get my software upgraded with a newer one. Only got my phone on friday. My guess is that it's a software problem. |

The R2B013 version freezes on me at times, just have to pop out the battery to reset her...sucks but it is a really complicated gadget with a lot of stuff squeezed in there

If your phone freezes again, insted of removing the battery press and hold on the No botton for ten seconds ....
I feel as if i heart my beauty if i removed the battery |

I have FW R2B and my phone just freezes sometimes when im trying to make a call. strange isnt it ?

it is very common ..try to off your GPRS it helped me.. abit.. mine is a sw R2B .... may be the R2D will help ... i am not sure ... |

I'm on R2B and my phone freezes when I play Erix sometimes. Booked in to get R2E put on.

with mine converted ... it does not have this problem any more..
