Jabra's releasing 3 headsets.
Their features should be like any other bluetooth headsets.
meaning voice-dialling and so on.

The Motorola headset is developed by Jabra too. And the third headset Jabra releases, is the same as the Motorola one.
Jabra is owned by Danish GN-Netcom.

They have been delayed,..from the last I heard, they would start releasing them in the summer.
