Where are you? What network?
Have you tried getting your provider to send you the settings?
Just a thought!

Call t-mobile and make sure that you have gprs set up on your account so that you can use wap and picture messaging, because if you upgraded to get this phone then it is unlikely that it has been set up for you.

I had the same trouble with the mms settings sent thru OTA(Over the Air). It's like this:u enter se site, get the settings but u r diverted onto t-mobile site that actually sends u the settings via OTA.Own the settings can't be wrong,i can guarantee but ur phone can have a glitch in the sw.

I just wanna add 2 things:even if the OTA is correct,u'll have this problem and won't be able to connect. Other guys from your provider had the same problems,i remember seeing the posts here. He talking to ur provides is unsuccessful, try ur sim in another phone and u'll find out what doesn't work!

@ y2joeyb2003, when you contact them, make sure that your sim is GPRS enabled as i had to email my operator (O2) for them to do this b4 i could use it.

Is this strange to anybody...when I bought the sim card I didn't have to register it, I bunged it in my fone and it worked, it gave me the pin number n puk code in the packet. When I ring t-mobile will they ask for a password? (cause u normally select a password, but I didn't need 2 register my sim!?!?)

didn't have to register my card on O2, T-Mobile shouldn't ask for a password when you phone them, o2 don't.
