t68 and t68i compatibility |

people.. i have a question.. ok, my friend has a t68 and i have the t68i.. we tried bluetooth and IR and such.. i managed to discover his phone.. but his phone somehow didn't recognize that mine was there.. what's wrong?

I experienced the same problem with a friend of mine.
It turned out he had given his phone a name which contained a space, like "my phone" or something.
We then removed the space in his phone name, and it worked proper.
Comparibility is no problem, with my T68i I've found T68i, T68m, n*kia 6310 and others.

I tried to send a picture and it didn't work....is that because it's jpeg??? Anyway to change that? |

u probably cant change a jpg to gif by just using the phone.. u might need to sync with a PC and do it there.. not sure..
hmm.. thing is, even IR doesnt work between our phones.. my phone can IR with a PC and a t68i no problem.. hmm.. this is confusing..
another thing.. i know this is off track from the topic but.. u kno how t68i is supposed to be able to receive nokia pictures? my friend tried it but when i received the message it said "unknown source" or something like that.. WEIRD!!
think maybe there's something wrong with my phone!!!

oh.. its not my phone's problem.. hehe.. so happens someone else used their nokia to send me a picture and it worked.. so it must've been my friend's phone's problem..

Sometimes you have to try more than once or if you want to pair the phones use the same pass codes on both T68 phones |
