I searched and found a similar thread

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=2705&forum=2#post23213

but i want to know your opinion about my situation.

After the accident, i tried to dry it with the usual methods for a while, but later i decided it was better to go to a SE Service Point, although loosing the waranty.

They dismantled the phone, cleaned all the circuits and dryed it.
But after, THE PHONE DIDNīT START ((((((

My only hope is that thereīs some part that isnīt all dry yet (they told me this was possible, but not sure), and that if i let it dry for some days more it will be back to life...

Your thoughts????

I even didnīt pay it yet ((((((((((((((((

Unlucky. If your phone was switcted on, then its game over. It would have caused a short circuit plus the LCD wont take to kindly to it either.

I dropped my T68 into a cup of water

I stood the phone up on my desktop PC @ work. Went to get a cup of water. Sat back down & bumped the desk as I did. The smallest vibration must have caught the phone, then it sort of wobbled & flipped right into the cup!!

I quickly grabbed it out & it was still working. The water line never reached past the battery contacts. So i quickly switched it off & removed the battery. But then the LCD started to cloud over.
I left it to dry and it still DID work.

But the number 5 key was dead. So I got a replacement.

I was quite imressed with how robost it was after that. [addsig]

My T68i survived 10 minutes on a rinse and spin cycle in my washing machine. ^_^

Took it out and the screen was still on amazingly.. However it never actually recovered fully and conked out after a week lol..

Ah well!
