All I want to do is write a quick program to send an SMS message as a phone book entry to my T616 from my computer over the web. I'm on Cingular in the U.S. Cingular has an open SMS gateway (at http://www.cingular.com/sendamessage), so the connectivity part should be easy, I'm guessing. But what about the request? Does anyone know how the request must be formatted so that the phone sees the message as a phonebook contact? I would think that it must follow some sort of Vcard or XML format.
