I have a T68i (R6 Complex Chinese) and is very keen to have it updated to R8A with Simplified Chinese. I'll be transiting through SIN this coming weekend and will have a full day (Sat) in the country. Would the SE Service Centre be able to do the required firmware update for me in time? I was thinking of the one on Orchard Rd and is willing to pay for the UG fee. Thanks for some local input.

Thanks. But per original Q. Can they do the necessary firmware change ie. Traditional bopomofo input to Simplified pinyin Chinese input?
