I went to dabs.com and purchased this bluetooth dongle, on January 5th, today being the 11th they still haven't said anything about it and the order status screen says awaiting stock for the past 6 days. What am I to do, also I tried emailing them but the stupid c*nts havent said anything to that either. Help. P.S I aint ever buying anything of that pile of sh*t anymore.

dabs, along with expansys and a few others, is a company I buy from regularly and have never had a problem. In fact I think their service is one of the best (although I wish they accepted amex!)

That product page says "ordered on request" so my guess is that they are still waiting for stock.

However, if you are not getting a response to your email then I am sure a quick phone call tomorrow will resolve your issue.

While I understand your frustration I am not sure what we can do here except to reassure you that dabs are one of the better ones, usually.

edit: and the 1-3 days is when they actually have stock

I am sure you can go to you order status page and cancel the order if you are not happy. check out blueunplugged who are also pretty good

Their explanantion of awaiting stock is this:

'awaiting stock
This means that we have either not ordered the item yet, or our supplier has not given a firm date. This status should change to a due date within two working days.'

It has been 5 days and the status hasnt changed or why the f*ck havent they oredered it yet, is it maybe because it is run by machines or something like that

That's a risk you run when ordering items they do not actually have in stock. As I can tell from the experience of ordering my Z600 online

I would btw appreciate your using less fierce language.

you would have created an account when you made your order.

to find your account number go to your account and enter the email address and password you used when you made the order.

In there click "view your order history/status" and choose an option from the drop down list and then click "view order" and on that screen you can see your account number. It should also be on the order confirmation email you received.

and do please calm down a bit
