Any ideas how to increase RF reception at home? |

Is there any way to increase reception at home? Its a dead spot in here except for places near the windows... Any equipment or materials?
I called my network operator about this, they dont have any solution for my problem... Any help please... |

I have the same problem at home. I either put the phone on the windowsill and make calls with the bluetooth headset or put the SIM card in my old Nokia 6310i which has really good RF.
Not very scientific I'm afraid but it works! |

I hope that thing works, but what I was expecting was maybe an antenna or other types of devices that can be placed on top or inside the house to boost RF reception inside the house.. I hope you get what I mean. Thanks. |

I do the same thing with blue tooth, but another solution which a friend of mine used was buy the entire car kit including external antenna, has a 12v power supply for it all. seems to be alot of crap to go through but dammit it works!!! |

There r home antenas but u have to connect it to ur phone. This means u cant move around too much. And its gonna cost u around 200$. I dont know where u can get it.i suggest try the websites selling gsm material or even buy that car kit.
