IMY to MIDI converter |

Hey guys, check this little prog out. I made it myself and all it does is to convert an .imy file to .mid.
I made it last night and this is a very very basic version (call it beta).
It runs from command line.It may have bugs.
I am waiting for your comments.
P.S. I have not 'ed and I don't mind if sb else has ever created a program similar to this.

Sony-eric says that .imy files r monophonic, not polyphonic tones so there's something to convert? I really don't know,so some1 could enlighten me?!

Really they are. You can ask anybody start a new tread... I doubt if theres anything 2 convert

I mainly created this converter in order to hear how an imy file sounds from my pc. media players usually dont support imy format, but they do midi! so I converted imy to midi. I know that imys are monophonic, so is the midi file which is created by the conversion.

I found a software at christersson.org which allows you to not only listen but compose .imy tones on your pc. Hope it helps you too.
