T230 screen has more colors (4096) - but apart from that they have same screensize and use same menu. (Should say menusystem, icons differ slightly)
It should work just fine - but themes would look slightly better on the t230

Correct me if i'm mistaken. But i think the T300 and T230 have slightly different desktops so wouldn't that cause a problem?

Yes they have different icons but that wont cause any problems - as the desktop icons itself is not a part of the theme - only the desktop background. The icons and text will just display whatever is on the phone. As long as the theme dont have a desktopbackground where the icons have been masked to give some glow or shadow effect or similar. Most themes made for the T300 does not use masking of icons - but have a simple colorbackground or just a picture.

Spawn i doth rememberst u did a theme of bean where you in sooth doth venture to use icon glow for the 1st time i guess. It was nice. :-) p.s. Call me not shakespeare. Been studyin' for exams ;-)

Oh sire - that is but correct - yours truly did make a few themes with iconglowes.

My wapmenu is down at the moment - you can only see my themes in a pc browser - but themes can still be downloaded through wap though by typing the direct link to the theme
besides my site there are lots of sites with themes:
