IR problem with T310 |

I have areally annoying problem and i don't know hwy its happening. Whenever i try to send any thing like a poly ringtone or a theme to any other phone via IR it just says "cannot detect device". However i can send contact deatains via IR and i can also recieve anything through my IR. Which i dont get, i can recieve stuff but not send stuff (except contacts)
Has anyone had the same problem or know whats wrong??

There is no problem with your phone just that he you are trying to send midi tones to another phone which is not capable to recieve them via IR like most NOKIA phones

Most nokias have crippled irs. Can u tell us 2 which phone u sending?

I have tried to send things like themes and polyphonic ringtones to the following phones:
SE T68i
SE T610
Samsung E700
Nokia 7250
and it doesnt work. It must be my IR....

I dont know about nokia and samsung but there shouldn't be a problem with T68 or any other SONYERICSSON

However i forgot to mention that t68 does not support midi and T310 themes wont work on the t610

Here's what I tried to send to what phone....
T610- picture (background)
T68i- Picture
E700- Ployphonic tones
Nokia 7250- Pictures + polyphonic tones

1st 2 should have worked. I'm assuming you had ir on the recievers phone.
