Hi m8,
I had reply from you regarding firmware this weekend and you told me that R2D was the latest for my T68m. At the moment i have R1B.
I rang my nearest service centre but i was told by them that they wouldn't have the software for about 3 weeks??
Is the new software out in the Uk ? Do they sound like they don't no what they are talking about?
The problem i'm having is scrolling through phone book the screen corrupts and asks for pin code and then once entered it turns off , would you say this is down to firmware or faulty handset.

They probably thought you were talking about the upcoming MMS software for T68m. R2D is just an ordinary software version. R2D is the latest for most language version, including English.
Your problem can be both hardware or software related. The best thing to know if it's HW or SW is to get it updated (R1B contains alot of bugs)
