Im wondering if O2s managing director has died recently or something, they play some morbid music when they put you on hold it makes me feel like im at a funeral.

I dont think they are in mourning!.. It is all the suckers that get an O2 contract.. I mean I have an O2 contract, I am not even Pay as you go. And yet I have to listen to that kack music, as well as paying to listen to it! Why cant you ring them for free.. like all the other networks?

I tell you I am not happy at all with this, also they are not even open 24 hours a day!

What rubbish.

Is O2 Vodafone?
Here (on Orange), we have the customer-calls for free (as well as the other providers here) but it`s a pain in the ass for the provider (remember, they pay for all our free calls;-) ) and generate looong waiting calls. Also, the staff is tired and nervous and NOT ready to answer my questions cuz 10 idiots in front of me asked about the call list on thier shitty 3310
