I recently aquired a P900 but I have been unable to find the correct settings for me to use GPRS, I have tried many times to get them direct from the Sony Ericsson site but the message is never sent to my phone.

Please could somebody who is also on O2 on a P900 post the correct settings for me to enter into mine.

Call this number it is the number for the 02 data services. The number is 08456006886 . Ask them to activate GPRS on your account and to sent you the auto setup message. This will setup the accounts automatically. Hope this helps

could you not also send them to the phone from the o2 website?

go to o2 site and get o2 active settings sms to your phone. worked 4 me

very handy info... also, im on o2payandgo and found i get less errors and can download larger files.eg lemmings 1.5m direct 2 my p800 when i entered 193.113.200.195 as a proxy adress as well as dns. wouldn't allow before i changed them. might b wrong but worth trying

thankyou for these setting, helped me out..
I was on o2 couldnt get my internet working.. its live now..
ive got one of them online sims and i aint getting free wap usage.. i thought we were supposed to..

This thread was posted almost a year ago.
We were all getting free wap, but that was back then.
Things have changed recently, wap is no longer free (well its not free for me anymore). GPRS, MMS, SMS is all still free tho so it doesnt really matter.

Hi, i was just wondering, i hae a P900 and have a CNN mobile serice set up on it, but in order for it to work i need o2 APN settings, can anyone help?
