Evening all.
Im wondering if anyone knows if theres a cast iron way I can tell if a site I wanna buy from is genuine or not. The sites in question aint well known (to me at least) so I dont know if I can trust them and they wont rip my credit card of all my money!

first you should check that the url begins https and/or the padlock is showing in the IE status bar. This means you details are being collected over a secure connection.
if its a site I am not familiar with I will generally do a google to see if thereis anything negative out on the net, or indeed alot of positive things out there too, in order to get an idea of the trustworthyness of the site.
