Things looked a bit different back then but the general lay out was the same.

Statistics
Since the opening of the site in the beginning of August 2001 the traffic have been rising to a level that we did not thought was possible in such a short time. Especially after the release of the popular Ericsson T68, everyone wanted to get more information about this phone and download free logos and ring tones. And Esato.com is the place to get this.
Around 35.000 unique users visits the Esato web site every day, and they view on average 7 pages each, which means that we serve more than 250.000 page views per day.
Our WAP site is also very popular among Sony Ericsson owners. Around 200.000 WAP pages are served daily. 28644 users have registered in our discussion forum where you'll find 562332 posts about Sony Ericsson mobile phones and accessories. 175604 users have uploaded 161698 private logos and made 1000240 bookmarks to our 3709 public logos. 24067630 logos has been downloaded from our WAP page.

I wish I could be banging my chest in pride and say yes, but no, I came in later. I didn't even get to know Laffen till I'd been a member for a while.
