Problem with my IrDA and my new Z200 |

Last week I bought the new SE Z200, but I didn't recieve any soft with it. I want to edit my contacts with my laptop (with IrDA) on my phone.
I read a lot of topics but I don't know if it is possible to synchronize my phone using the IrDA Port.
I search the SE communicatiuon suite 1.5.7 but there is a 404 error on SE website.
Can someone could help me? |

Go to the Z200 support page and download the synchronization software (if any).

That's the problem, there is no soft available on SE website...
there is an other problem : I can't communicate from my PC to my phone only with Windows XP pro...
The Irda is on port COM2 (in the bios), in the settings of the Irda port it's on PCI bus and Phone Monitor let met chose between COM 1 and COM3...

You will need MPM and newest software you can find on sonyericsson site for P900. I have T310, and software from P900 site like MPM, Image editor, MMS editor or other works with my phone. Only software which is exlusive for P900 will not work.
Check drivers for your irda. Check some external irda. I have external
irda on my computer with its own drivers and it works. So, there can be no malfunction, only little synchronisation or optimisation is needed.
And, I have found it is better to get software from some product site. When I searhed SE site for some software I also get 404 error, but when I went to some product(like p900 or other) site and try to get same software from that site i was able to get it. It seems that SE search engine not works well.
