i have my T39 repair 3 times within3 months, i have the newest software
R4A008, but my phone is still keep switching itself off, i wanna to know why, could anybody help me pls, i am so fedup with it!!!
could that be the battery , or the insde problem, i only had my phone for 5 month.!!!

this sounds like a hardware issue not a software

iguess SE should give u a swap, the best solution i think so far.

could i just ask ericsson for a new phone, or i have to talk with my operator!
i really hate it ,now!!!
and everytime, when ever the phone is back, there is even more bug!!!!
screen is getting darker, got shadow underneath, calll ist become blank and missing! phone just die!!!

i am not too sure how about the charges, wourld SE gives me a new phone ?

if it's under warranty, service points will replace it for free. at least in the philippines they do.

yes they would replace a new 1 for you .. i am going to do it in a few days time .... my t68m reset itself .. frm time to time ... i know how you feel ...
