Themes not working |

I tried getting this theme moblie9 but every time i download it and go to open it it says item cannot be opened. Can any of you help? |

OK, thing is as follows. When making the theme, whoever made it ignored a few warning signs on TCP.
Basically the theme has a few colour conflicts which the phone will not allow and therefore the file is corrupt.
The 'exclamation marks' are spots where the Theme Creator indicates a problem. A simple change of the background colour (= the colour the window would be if there was no picture) has solved it.
