From the Sony Ericsson HBH-65 User's Guide:
We recommend that you charge the battery until the headset indicator light turns green before using the headset for the first time.

I just got my HBH-65 today and have been charging it for the last 6 hours as the User's Guide recommends. I was wondering how long the first charge is meant to take as the User's Guide also states "It takes 1 to 1.5 hours to fully recharge the battery". I know that the first charge should take a little longer, but I'm getting impatient.

Six hours? The indicator light should have turned green by this time.

I have just recieved my HBH-65 and the user guide only states that
the unit should be charged for the first time until light goes green.
But I also wonder wether the battery should be charged for longer
initially as is the norm with mobile phones? Can anybody help.

It actually went green within an hour of posting and I actually worked it out again and it had probably been charging for less than 6 hours. It's all good now!
