Has anyone else had the problem, that when trying the microphone test in the service tests menu they just get feedback, mine does this no matter what volume level the phone is at, what should i do??

i have checked there web site for service points, but keeps reporting none in area, which is hard to believe for the center of london...can anyone help

well seeing as no one else has this problem must be the phone, i will try and get it swapped out, but before i was told by vodafone that they will have to get it repaired, will try and find service point

All others have the same problem. It is probably the same reason that people also have problems in noisy situations:
- voice-dialling doesn't always work
- other part complains about bad quality

I'm going to contact about this to get info about if it will be solved in R2.

I do have this problem. And the Voice dialling in my T68 is really horrible. Even when using a headset.
I had a T39 wich had great voice dialling so I have a good comparison.

If there is anything cover the mic hole or very close to it you will get feedback.
