The audio bitrate on the videos might be a little too high for the 3650 to handle. The pvplayer website has a ridiculous lack of useful information so that is my best guess. I use Quicktime to encode MPEG4 and 3GPP stuff, which makes reencoding the audio bitrate pretty easy. In Quicktime 6 Pro open the 3GP or MP4 file and then click File > Export. At the bottom of the dialog where you get to choose the format, choose either 3GP or MPEG4 and then click Options. On that dialog for video select passthrough and then under the audio tab select a lower music bitrate. Selecting passthrough on the video will make it keep the current video track without reencoding it and thus losing quality. The audio will be reencoded using the lower bitrate.
