if you want to uplod a picture (preview) of the theme, open the theme in TCP, hit Print Screen, paste the image in your image editor and crop it.
Then upload (for example to www.uploadit.org ) and then link it by using [img]yourpicture.url[/img]
If you want to put the theme itself up for download (NO PREVIEW!) then upload the theme to www.uploadit.org or any other site you know of and put the url in here.
Mind you, uploadit does not allow wap-download, only web-donwload.
